ELIGIBILITY

– Both European Union (EU) and non-EU applicants must be treated fairly.
– Highly skilled professionals, skilled workers, and students who want to enter the UK must adhere to the points-based system.
– Skilled people need a job offer before they look for one.
– The annual wage has been reduced by 4,000 pounds, from £30,000 to £26,000.
– Applicants are expected to have an advanced level of English proficiency (A-level or higher).
– It is not necessary for highly qualified individuals to have a job offer, but they must be endorsed by a UK authority.
– In order to study in the United Kingdom, prospective students will need to demonstrate not just their English language skills and financial stability, but also that they have been accepted to a specific school.
– A visa can be obtained with a score of 70 or higher.

HOW TO SCORE POINTS

If the candidate can speak effectively in English and has a job offer in the United Kingdom, they will receive 50 points. The required 20 points for the visa can be made up through any of the following:

1 – If you have a job offer with a salary of at least 26,000 GBP per year, you will receive 20 bonus points.
2 – 10 points are awarded for a doctorate in a relevant discipline, and twenty for a doctorate in a STEM field.
3 – A job offer that addresses a critical scarcity of qualified candidates is worth 20 points.
